American Horror Story Season 10 greenlit by FX Before the Season 8 premiere of American Horror Story: Apocalypse, FX Networks has already greenlit Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story Season 10! “Ryan asked for a 10th season of American Horror Story which we were happy to give to him,” FX CEO John Landgraf said in an interview via Deadline. “He has been really prolific; he has been an important part of the FX brand, and he will continue to be a very important part of the FX brand.”  When asked about the future of the show, Landgraf said that Murphy will be the one to decide if Season 10 will be the last installment of the American Horror Story series. “A lot of that comes down to Ryan and whether he still feels inspired about it.
