The Julie Penrose sculpture fountain in America the Beautiful Park in Colorado Springs is again - as its inspiration intended - "celebrating the cycle of water and life." The 4-story-tall steel structure named Continuum, which sprays water as it rotates four revolutions per hour, was out of commission and not operating for four days before city crews repaired it. "It's not a simple device," said Colorado Springs Parks Operations Manager Kurt Schroeder.
