Californians might not have a positive view of how the government is run and where the state is heading, but that doesn't mean they don't want to get their hands into the political sausage-making. With 67 days remaining until the statewide primary, Secretary of State Debra Bowen released last night the certified list of candidates whose names will appear on the ballot June 8.
