By Ryan Quinn The West Virginia House Education Committee passed a bill Monday night that would allow Teach for America and new local and state school board-approved instructor education programs to provide alternatively certified teachers in the Mountain State.After a meeting that lasted from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday - with an hour break and other pauses - the committee passed House Bill 2005 without a roll call vote, which would have involved each committee member having his or her name called to state his or her vote.
