Sacramento County sheriff's deputies are investigating an early-morning officer-involved shooting that followed an alleged kidnapping. Deputies were called at 1:47 a.m. by a woman who said her boyfriend had been kidnapped at gunpoint by two men driving a white Toyota Tercell, said sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Tim Curran. A deputy responding to the scene saw a vehicle matching the witness description and stopped it near the intersection of Larchwood Court and Walnut Avenue. One of the occupants identified himself as the victim of a kidnapping, Curran said.
