All of Clear Creek County is without power Thursday morning, the sheriff’s office said. As of 7:45 a.m., Xcel Energy reported five outages in the county impacting 5,378 customers, according to the utility’s outage map. Power is expected to be restored around 10 a.m. Thursday, according to Xcel. The early morning outages, which started around 3 a.m., impacted all homes, businesses, schools and government offices, according to the Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office.
