ALGONQUIN — An Algonquin teen faces burglary and weapons charges after police said he stole a loaded handgun from a truck. Joshua R. Sampson, 19, of the 500 block of Summit, was arrested Sunday and charged with burglary, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm without a valid firearm owner's identification card and criminal trespass to a vehicle.
