Albuquerque man accused of meth trafficking Prosecutors say 44-year-old Charles Padilla made his initial appearance in federal court Monday on a criminal complaint charging him with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Padilla was arrested Friday after federal drug agents say they seized more than 21 pounds of methamphetamine from two residences and a vehicle allegedly connected to the suspect.
