A 37-year-old Akron woman pleaded guilty Wednesday to providing fentanyl, a powerful pain killer often mixed with heroin, to a Wadsworth man who later died.Elizabeth Ulrey pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, a first-degree felony, and corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony. She will be sentenced at 10:15 a.m. May 18 by Summit County Common Pleas Judge Mary Margaret Rowlands.Prosecutors say Ulrey sold 28-year-old Reggie Dernbach fentanyl that she obtained from a dealer in April 2015.
