A grand jury has indicted an Akron police sergeant on 13 criminal counts tied to his alleged stalking of an ex-girlfriend.Sgt. Eric Paull, 44, was indicted this week in Summit County Common Pleas Court on charges of felonious assault, attempted aggravated burglary, menacing by stalking, aggravated menacing, intimidation of a crime victim, telephone harassment, two counts of violating a protection order and five counts of misusing police computers.Paull, who is on leave from the department, is scheduled to be arraigned May 1.He was arrested by fellow Akron police officers April 9 on charges of stalking a 29-year-old woman and her male companion.
