AlbanyState Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman was among nearly two dozen state attorneys general to sue the federal government Tuesday over its roll-back of Internet neutrality rules last month.Twenty-two attorneys general filed a challenge in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia to challenge a decision by the Federal Communications Commission that ruled internet service providers could show perferential treatment to Internet content."An open internet – and the free exchange of ideas it allows – is critical to our democratic process," said Schneiderman.
