By Tatiana PinaAttorney General Peter F. Kilmartin says that Rhode Island consumers and businesses may be entitled to a cash refund from a billion dollar LCD price-fixing settlement. The deadline to file the online claim is Dec. 6. Eligible consumers could collect $25, $100, $200 or more depending upon the number of televisions, monitors, and laptop computers they purchased.
