TROY — An Albany man was arrested in connection to a Wednesday evening shooting in Troy's North Central neighborhood, police said Friday. It's the city's second shooting in three days."In view of the recent incidents of violence in the North Central area of the city, the Troy Police are asking residents to call 911 if they see groups gathering or people arguing," city police said in a Friday statement.
