Afghan Commission Postpones Parliamentary Vote

Kabul doesn't have the money necessary to hold a vote. Meanwhile, three U.S. service members are killed in two bombings. KABUL — Afghanistan today postponed parliamentary elections until September because of a lack of funding from donor nations after widespread fraud in last year's presidential poll.
