Affidavit: El Paso County Jail Deputy's Food Deliveries Concealed Drugs

An El Paso County sheriff's deputy allegedly was helping inmates sneak illegal narcotics into the county jail and raking in $1,500 per transaction, his arrest affidavit says. According to the affidavit: Steven D'Agostino, 35, , who joined the Sheriff's Office in 2013, arranged meetings with inmates' associates to pick up the drugs concealed in food products.
