A+e Networks Veteran Sean Cohan Joins Brent Montgomery’s Wheelhouse

The Apple TV+ documentary follows three Afghan women as they face the aftermath of the Taliban insurgency in Afghanistan and the subsequent stripping of their rights.

"Those characters I played in 'Training Day,' in 'American Gangster' — it might look like they were close to me, and I could tell you they were, but I wasn’t no gangster," said Washington in a recent piece for Esquire.

The director said he dropped plans for a "Wolfs" sequel because he "no longer trusted" Apple. "Their last-minute shift from a promised wide theatrical release to a streaming release was a total surprise."

New contestants featured on the American version of the hit Peacock game show include "Real Housewives" Robyn Dixon and Dorinda Medley, as well as "Survivor" winner Rob Mariano.

Exclusive: This season of the coffin-set talk show will feature guests Kumail Nanjiani, Jack Quaid, and Lauren LaVera.
