Volunteers are needed to help count the number of people who ride bicycles or walk during a semi-annual survey throughout Allen County. The project begins on Monday, Sept. 11 and continues until Sunday, Sept. 17 throughout the region. Volunteer support is vital to the success of this project. Earlier this year, volunteers conducted counts for our spring count period, and now it is time to collect the data for fall 2017.
