- THR reports that IFC Films has picked up U.S. rights to Jason Lew's Sundance premiere "The Free World." The Elisabeth Moss- and Boyd Holbrook-starring drama follows "a man trying to reintegrate with society after being released from prison." Octavia Spencer, Sung Kang and Waleed Zuaiter also star. There's no word yet when the distributor plans to release the film. - FilmBuff will release the crowd-pleasing documentary "We the People: The Market Basket Effect" this spring.
