WEST POINT — In just a few weeks, the candidates for the class of 2023 will arrive at West Point, an annual event known as Reception Day, or R-Day for short.To prepare for their arrival, the Corps of Cadets will hold a rehearsal for R-Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
