Two armed men robbed an east Colorado Springs convenience store early Monday morning, according to police. The two men entered a 7-Eleven on the 1400 block of North Academy Boulevard around 1:45 a.m. Monday. One of the men was armed with a handgun while the other carried a piece of wood, police said. The two men robbed the store of an undisclosed amount of cash and items from behind the counter, police said. Police are still searching for the suspects. No injuries were reported.
