An Albany man who fled a traffic stop in January, crashed his car into a tree and killed a passenger was sentenced Thursday to six to 12 years in state prison.Terrance Kelly, 23, will also have his license revoked for six months and must have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle for three years once released from custody, Albany County District Attorney P.
