5 Years In Prison For 4th Dui That Injured Pedestrian In Aurora

A 48-year-old Montgomery man has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to his fourth DUI in December 2016 in downtown Aurora in which he struck a pedestrian, had a blood alcohol content that was more than twice the legal threshold and was found with open liquor in his vehicle.
