VAN WERT — Four individuals appeared Wednesday in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court in front of Judge Martin Burchfield. Harley Maroney, 22, Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to two counts of importuning, fourth-degree felonies, and one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fifth-degree felony.
