Three law enforcement officers crashed and were injured during a Thursday evening motorcycle training in Arapahoe County, sheriff’s officials said. Police officers and sheriff’s deputies from multiple metro area law enforcement agencies were participating in an annual motorcycle training exercise Thursday when, around 6:30 p.m., three police motorcycles crashed, according to a statement from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office. The crash happened near the intersection of South Himalaya Street and East Chenango Drive in Centennial, sheriff’s officials said. The three officers had minor injuries and two were taken to the hospital for observation, sheriff’s officials said. The crash remains under investigation. This is a developing story.
