ROCK HILL – A three-car accident on Route 17 Friday evening created a traffic mess but only minor injuries were reported, state police said.State police at the Liberty Barracks said the accident occurred about 5:30 p.m. on eastbound Route 17 just east of Exit 107. Police said it was raining at the time, a Honda Civic hydroplaned and bounced off a guardrail, and a Volvo that had stopped to avoid the Civic was struck by a Chevy SUV.Police said eastbound Route 17 [...]
