Bend Police arrested three people Tuesday as part of an investigation into the creation of fraudulent credit cards that were traded for methamphetamine.In a news release, police stated an investigation of Stevan Lyle Hemingway, 29, of Bend, began about a month ago. Police said Hemingway had hacked into financial databases to obtain information he used to create fraudulent credit cards, which were in turn traded for methamphetamine by various subjects who then used the cards to make purchases at numerous businesses in Bend.
