2nd Plea Deal Filed In $20m Numbers Game

A second Knoxville businessman has struck a deal to plead guilty in a $20 million “butter and eggs” numbers game involving a nationally-known fashion designer and, in an unusual provision, agreed to a polygraph examination “on the issue of assets,” court records show.
