Orange County presented the City of Newburgh with a $25,000 check Wednesday to help revitalize and restore the 1842 County Courthouse.The city-owned courthouse was built in 1842 in the Greek-Rival style by architect Thornton Niven.The landmark now serves as the Newburgh Heritage Center.
