The 2026 Senate Map Looks Tough For Democrats

The new year will bring more than a dozen new laws to Colorado, from restrictions on texting while driving to car-seat age limits and new caps on medical malpractice lawsuits. Nineteen laws that passed in 2024 will go into full or partial effect on Jan. 1, one of the largest and last implementation dates from this year’s legislative session.

Who is actually controlling Judge Merchan, and the judiciary at this point, should be considered, because it appears to be more than just political revenge.

Fines and reparations? In a more just world, those would be levied against the governments that try to punish the very entities that have done us the most good.

It's a great plan, except that it really isn't.
