Two victims of traffic deaths in Colorado Springs within the past week have been identified. The motorcyclist who police say died June 22 has been identified as 27-year-old Joshua Stannard. The man who died near the Briargate Parkway exit on Interstate 25 on June 16 has been identified as 61-year-old David Mascre. Stannard died early Friday after losing control of his motorcycle in east Colorado Springs.
