Amarillo police arrested two men on racing charges after a pickup slammed into a house on Northeast Sixth Avenue early Tuesday. Jonathan Trevino, 23, and Joe Angel Salinas, 27, were booked into Potter County jail on misdemeanor charges of racing, punishable by a fine of up to $2,000 and 180 days in jail, or both.
