A 16-year-old who told police he shook a 14-month-old girl, striking her head on a dresser, has been charged with murder. Javarris Jawan Lane was charged with aggravated child abuse after Alexandria Williams was found unresponsive in a bedroom on Sept. 25, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Alexandria was hospitalized in critical condition then died Thursday.
