16-year-old Arrested In Shooting Of 11-year-old In Everett

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — The Snohomish County sheriff's office has arrested a 16 year old boy who they believe shot an 11 year old relative near Everett. Deputies were called to the scene Sunday afternoon. The 11-year-old was critically injured and taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The 16-year-old was booked at the Denny Youth Center for investigation of reckless endangerment and illegally having a firearm. Detectives are working to determine what happened.
