A 107-year-old Arkansas man was shot and killed by SWAT officers after allegedly provoking a shootout on Saturday night, according to police.The Pine Bluff Police Department got a call about an aggravated assault at a home early on Saturday evening, according to Pine Bluff Lt. David Price.
