SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Syracuse police say 10 people were shot in less than 24 hours over Fourth of July weekend and another person was hit by gunfire early Monday. Police said the violence began just after 10 p.m. Saturday when someone opened fire on a crowd watching Fourth of July fireworks and four people were struck by bullets.
