STOCKTON — Since opening earlier this year, Stockton PACE has experienced significant growth, doubling its census to 51 seniors in need of a little extra help staying in their own homes. When PACE, or Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, entered the Stockton/Modesto market, it was the most populous region in California not being served by a PACE program serving frail seniors with the goal of keeping them out of nursing homes and hospitals.
