The bikini costume worn by Carrie Fisher in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi is going up for auction later this month. Heritage Auctions in Dallas is offering the iconic costume, and additional Star Wars memorabilia, as part of its Hollywood Entertainment Signature Auction July 25-26. Bidding starts at $30,000, but could go as high as six figures.

Ridley Scotts Western movie Freewalkers has effectively been canceled due to the work of Mother Nature. The director was set to film his take on the popular genre this summer, but the shoot has been scrapped because the snowy landscape he intended to use has melted. While this sounds like an unusual reason for an entire movie to be tossed away, Scotts long-time collaborator, costume designer Janty Yates, was able to explain exactly why a lack of gleaming white snow proved to be an insurmountable problem for the production.
