Researchers aren’t ruling out another massive earthquake in southern Japan after a pair of powerful tremors killed at least 29 there since yesterday and left people trapped under toppled buildings.“We can’t rule out the possibility of another powerful quake,” said John E. Ebel, a senior research scientist at Boston College’s Weston Observatory and chairman of the school’s Earth and Environmental Sciences department.
