‘the Heartbeat Of Our Culture’

STOCKTON — The pulsating beating of drums echoed from inside University of the Pacific’s Main Gym as hundreds honored and celebrated Native American culture at the 17th annual Community Winter Pow Wow.  Dozens lined up to enter the gym past noon for the grand entry with men, women, and children of all ages.
